  • Michelle Hong is Chime’s Director of Corporate Finance steering enterprise-level budgeting, long-range forecasting, and performance reporting for the leadership team and board. She also provides holistic oversight of financials - owning the finance systems and data architecture that enable a disciplined month-end close, forecasting and polished management reporting. A central focus of her role is advancing Chime’s public-company readiness by leading a team that supports public company reporting and scalable processes as a newly listed fintech.
