We believe culture is built in the moments we create together. Every year, our Global Offsite brings us together for four unforgettable days in the South of France (or elsewhere in Europe). We also celebrate our Pigmentversary, marking milestones in our journey with pride and joy, and gather for our Global Sales Kick-off, where energy, ambition, and collaboration set the tone for the year ahead.

Each of our offices locally organizes their own special moments — from winter parties and team outings to office celebrations and community events. These give Pigmenauts a chance to connect with their local colleagues while still being part of a global community.

What does the interview process look like?

Our hiring process varies by role, but usually follows a screening call with our lead recruiter, an overview with the hiring manager, cross-functional 1:1s with select stakeholders you’ll be working with and a case study to showcase how you’d approach an objective similar to what you’ll face on your day to day.

What does the onboarding process look like?

Our goal is to welcome new Pigmenauts to the team with excitement and connect them through a strong community-driven experience.

We offer a 4 day in-person cohort led onboarding experience, where we invite new Pigmenauts to their local region to meet the team and spend the week getting to know their colleagues. Through a variety of sessions and hands-on product demonstrations, they get to know more about our values, how we operate, our leadership team and our product.

Does Pigment have a remote work policy?

Our team is spread across 4 continents (and counting!) and the most important aspect is to work together and serve our customers in the best way possible.

We have 3 types of working location available at Pigment, and each job posting indicates the policy a role falls under. For example, office-based roles have a default place of work and benefit from one day of remote working per week. Hybrid roles also have a default place of work, with up to 8 days per month of remote work. Fully remote employees are based at home and expected to come into the office 2 days per month.

All employees are invited to our global and holiday events.
