Crédit Agricole Nord de France chooses Pigment to transform its performance management

Pigment, the AI business planning and performance management platform, is partnering with Crédit Agricole Nord de France to transform its planning and performance management processes.

This initiative, integrated into its corporate strategy, will enable Crédit Agricole Nord de France to further strengthen the efficiency of its performance management processes and support more agile, proactive decision-making based on shared indicators and powered by AI.

A technology choice serving a strategic ambition

Following a rigorous selection process with high standards for data security and regulatory compliance, Pigment was chosen for the robustness of its platform, its data traceability, and the relevance of its performance management capabilities.

This choice reflects a clear ambition: to evolve performance management practices toward a more integrated and collaborative model. Pigment’s AI capabilities will also enhance and automate analysis and forecasting for Crédit Agricole Nord de France.

“The platform’s architecture, its high level of data security, and its ability to meet the regulatory requirements of the banking sector were decisive criteria in our choice,” said Romain Farlet, who leads the project at Crédit Agricole Nord de France. “We also paid close attention to ease of adoption for finance and management control teams, as well as the solution’s ability to scale to new use cases.”

Toward unified and agile performance management

With Pigment, Crédit Agricole Nord de France is equipping itself with a cross-functional planning and performance management foundation based on a single data model.

The solution will break down decision-making silos, enable the sharing of consistent indicators across departments, and provide a more responsive view of business performance. Teams will be able to plan, simulate different scenarios, better anticipate changes in their environment, and make faster, more informed decisions.

“Crédit Agricole Nord de France, a leading bank in its region, perfectly illustrates the type of organization engaged in an ambitious and collaborative transformation that we aim to support. Their teams are pushing the boundaries of planning standards in a highly regulated environment, and we are proud to be their partner in this journey.”

Édouard Beaucourt, Head of EMEA, Pigment

“The modern approach of Pigment to data management and the integration of artificial intelligence were key factors in our decision. More than just a structural tool, this project provides Crédit Agricole Nord de France with a shared platform that will strengthen our analytical capabilities and collective performance management, with a clear ambition: to better serve our customers and support our strategic priorities.”
