Company strengthens its consulting and technology ecosystem, appoints two senior partnership leaders and enhances its global partner program, with partners now leading nearly 90% of customer implementations.
Pigment, the AI business planning and performance management platform, today announced the continued expansion of its global partner ecosystem, alongside the appointments of Katie Ecklund as Global Head of Partnerships and Liana Shuma as Global Head of Technology Partnerships. Pigment is also introducing an enhanced partner program designed to support the next stage of partner growth and customer impact.
The investment reflects the growing importance of partners in helping enterprises modernize planning, adopt AI and drive transformation across finance and operational teams.
Pigment’s global partner ecosystem has grown by nearly 30% over the past year, reflecting a deliberate focus on adding strategic partners with differentiated expertise, strong customer relationships and capabilities aligned to specific use cases.
The ecosystem brings together global consulting and advisory firms, regional specialists and technology partners, including Deloitte, RSM, Grant Thornton, Clearsulting, SBI and Viridian, giving customers access to a broad mix of industry, regional and implementation expertise. Pigment is also growing its technology ecosystem by expanding its strategic partnership with Google and its presence across cloud marketplaces to accelerate growth, while developing ISV partnerships and integrations that create more connected customer experiences and help customers deploy Pigment faster. Most recently, Pigment achieved Select Partner status in the Snowflake AI Data Cloud Products Partner Program, a milestone that reflects Pigment's continued commitment to delivering joint value for customers by deepening its technical and co-sell alignment with Snowflake.
These partners play a central role in helping customers deploy Pigment effectively, expand its use across the organization and build AI into critical planning and decision-making processes. Close to 90% of Pigment customer implementations are now led by partners, reflecting how important the ecosystem has become to delivering successful transformation at scale. Partners are also being trained on Pigment’s AI-led implementation approach, which means customers can implement Pigment significantly faster than traditional methods allow. Partners interested in becoming AI Implementation certified can reach out to their partner manager or partnerinfo@pigment.com to learn more.
To lead the next phase of this strategy, Pigment has appointed Katie Ecklund as Global Head of Partnerships and Alliances and Liana Shuma as Global Head of Technology Partnerships.
Ecklund joins Pigment following nearly a decade at Snowflake, where she helped build and scale one of the enterprise technology industry’s most successful partner ecosystems. At Pigment, she will lead the company’s global partnership strategy, with a focus on expanding the ecosystem with a new independent software vendor (ISV) team, expanding partner-led growth, strengthening joint go-to-market programs and helping partners build scalable Pigment practices.
Shuma joins Katie’s team following nearly eight years at Snowflake, where she played a key role in developing strategic technology partnerships and scaling the company’s ISV and Data Partner ecosystem. At Pigment, she will lead the expansion of cloud and technology partnerships as customers increasingly connect planning with their wider data and enterprise technology stacks.
Together, Ecklund and Shuma will help Pigment strengthen both its consulting and technology ecosystems, giving customers access to broader expertise, deeper integrations and more support as they modernize planning and adopt AI.
Pigment is also introducing the Pigment Partner Network, an enhanced global partner program that marks the next evolution of its partner offering. The structured program is designed to provide a clearer and more scalable framework for partners to build expertise, differentiate their capabilities and grow their business with Pigment. The program offers partners tiered resources and benefits, including go-to-market support and product enablement, to help them deepen their Pigment expertise and extend the platform's value to customers.
