Des leads Intercom’s R&D organization and oversees its product strategy, including its flagship product, FinAI. He’s also an active angel investor in over 90 companies, including Notion and Miro. Before joining Intercom, Des co-founded Exceptional and worked in UX design.

Olivier Pomel

Prior to founding Datadog, Olivier Pomel built data systems for K-12 teachers as a VP, Technology for Wireless Generation, where he grew the development team from a handful of people to close to 100 of the best engineers in New York until the company’s acquisition by News Corp. Before that, Olivier held software engineering positions at IBM Research and several internet startups. Olivier is an original author of the VLC media player and holds a MS, CS from the Ecole Centrale Paris.

Mati Staniszewski is the Co-Founder and CEO of ElevenLabs, the AI research and product company building audio tools for businesses, developers, and creators. The company’s two platforms span creative work for speech, music, and sound generation, and a platform for voice agents that listen, talk, and act. Before founding ElevenLabs, Mati worked at Palantir as a Deployment Strategist with Fortune 500 companies and governments, and at BlackRock, where he helped launch the Aladdin Wealth platform.

Previously the CIO at Palo Alto Networks for six years, he led analytics & AI, applications, global infrastructure, operations, and corporate services. Prior to this, Naveen was SVP, Infrastructure & Ops at Gap and earlier held leadership roles at a SaaS startup and Cisco.

Michael Miao is the VP of Finance and Business Operations at Glean, where he oversees Strategic Finance, Accounting, and Business Operations. Michael has over a decade of experience in both operating and investing roles and is focused on helping Glean make smart financial decisions to maximize growth and efficiency. Before joining Glean, Michael was a Partner at IVP, a multi-stage Venture Capital firm where he led investments in late-stage technology companies. Prior to that, he spent two years at Dropbox as an early employee on their Strategic Finance team.
