A new flightpath for our data

Before implementing Pigment, the Finance team at VINCI Airports faced a key challenge: the time required to produce performance indicators. The legacy tool simply displayed data, lacking advanced calculations or multi-dimensional analysis. Every new insight had to be created in Excel, which introduced risks of error, unstable formulas, and an inability to fully manage the complexity of their international network, including evolving scopes and currency fluctuations.

VINCI Airports’ FP&A team has seen meaningful gains in time and productivity. Time-consuming and error-prone Excel processes have been replaced with a fast, reliable platform.

After participating in Pigment’s BETA program, the team is now using the Agent Analyst to automate the creation of “asset cards”, detailed financial summaries for each BU and airport. This AI-powered assistant enables filtering by entity, revenue variation analysis, and interactive result exploration.

Previously, each card took up to an hour to create and produced eight times a year, across 70 airports. The AI Agent now automates anomaly detection, improves reliability, and reduces the risk of errors, freeing up valuable time for strategic thinking and meeting prep.
