TP and Pigment partner to power enterprise-wide finance transformation and build an agile, AI-first finance function

Together, TP and Pigment will unify and scale the global digital business services leader’s financial operations across nearly 100 countries.

Global digital business services leader TP (formerly Teleperformance) today announced it is teaming up with Pigment to help accelerate transformation of its finance function with AI and unify TP’s financial planning, statutory consolidation and ESG reporting into a single, future-ready platform. 

With operations in nearly 100 countries, TP is building a finance function designed for more agility while maintaining strong governance, reflecting the Group’s ambition to benefit across the board from state of the art systems and processes to pilot its activity and leverage AI at scale.

TP’s finance transformation aims to create a "single source of truth" across the organization, and is part of the TP’s ‘Future Forward’ AI-driven efficiency initiatives.
