Webhelp seals partnership with Pigment

French multinational Webhelp seals partnership with software company Pigment – showing the demand for a new approach to business planning.

PARIS - Dec 6, 2022 - Pigment, the innovative business planning platform founded in 2019 which recently raised an additional $65 million, has beaten out established industry competitors to secure a deal with Webhelp – a major multinational consultancy and business services corporation with over 110,000 employees and € 2.5 billion in annual revenue.


The deal marks a new chapter in Pigment’s journey towards empowering people in organisations of all sizes to unlock the potential of their business data, through Pigment’s suite of powerful modelling, analytics and visualisation tools.

Webhelp’s core business involves providing tech, business and customer service support spread across 55 countries. The global nature of these operations can make it difficult to share and use data across the whole group, since different countries and teams are likely to deploy a varying range of definitions, assumptions and tools to store and manage relevant information and documents.

For example, a single client of Webhelp might have different account managers in each country, each of whom tracks progress and makes predictions in their own way; when it comes to harmonising these insights with senior management, crucial insights can be lost and errors introduced.

With Pigment, Webhelp’s employees will be able to ‘live’ together inside one platform – making comparisons and planning across operations and countries much smoother, more intuitive and accurate.
